I Died During Astral Projection—Here’s How I Found My Way Back

Let’s get real for a second. You ever fuck around with something you thought you had under control, only to realize you were in way over your head? Yeah, that happened to me. And it wasn’t just a close call—it was a full-on, out-of-body, I’m probably not coming back from this experience. I died during astral projection, no bullshit. This isn’t some woo-woo, new-age crap you read about in an article titled “10 Ways to Chill Out and Find Your Zen.” This is real, raw, and dangerous as hell if you don’t know what the fuck you’re doing.

But before I dive into the time I literally got lost in the astral plane and ended up waking up three days later in a goddamn ICU, let’s break down what astral projection actually is, for those of you who might be new to the game.

What the Hell is Astral Projection?

Astral projection is basically your soul—or spirit, consciousness, whatever you want to call it—leaving your physical body and wandering the universe. Sounds like a trippy sci-fi flick, but it’s real. You lie down, usually get into a deep meditative state, and then you consciously separate your spiritual self from your meat suit. From there, you can travel anywhere—different dimensions, the past, the future, hell, even other planets if you’re up for it. It’s like lucid dreaming, but on steroids.

For those who’ve never done it, it might sound like a peaceful, enlightening experience. And don’t get me wrong—it can be. But here’s the thing nobody likes to talk about: when you leave your body, you’re also leaving it open to other energies, other entities that might want to take a joyride in your vessel. And let me tell you, not all of them have good intentions.

When Shit Got Real

About three years ago, I was deep into a meditation session, something I’d done a thousand times before. But that day, something was different. I felt this intense pull, like my spirit was being yanked out of my body faster than I could control it. Before I knew it, I was on the other side, floating, wandering in what felt like an endless dream—a nightmare, really.

I couldn’t find my way back. I was lost, completely disoriented. Time doesn’t exist in the astral plane the way it does here, so what felt like hours, days even, was actually three fucking days in the real world. Meanwhile, my body was lying in a hospital bed, doctors poking and prodding, thinking I was in some kind of coma. And technically, I was. My physical body was alive, but I wasn’t in it.

The Nightmare of Finding My Way Back

Imagine being in a never-ending maze, where every turn leads you further away from where you started. That’s what it was like trying to find my way back to my body. I encountered beings—some curious, some sinister. They watched me, studied me, like I was fresh meat in a butcher shop. These weren’t your friendly neighborhood spirits, folks. These were entities that wanted to experience the physical world again, and they would’ve happily jumped into my body if they could.

I knew I had to get back, but every attempt to return felt like slamming into a brick wall. I was exhausted, scared out of my mind, and on the verge of giving up when something clicked. I remembered my grounding techniques, something I hadn’t relied on in ages because, let’s face it, I thought I was a pro at this.

I started focusing on my energy, pulling it back, visualizing my body, my life, every little detail that connected me to the physical world. Slowly, painfully, I started to feel the pull back towards my body. It was like swimming against a strong current, every inch closer took every ounce of strength I had left.

And then, just like that, I woke up. My eyes opened, and I was staring at the ceiling of a hospital room, machines beeping around me. I’d been in a coma for three days. My body was weak as hell, but I was back.

The Aftermath

Waking up wasn’t the end of the story. Something changed in me during that experience. My ability to see other beings, entities from different dimensions, amped up to a level I didn’t think was possible. I can sense them more clearly now, see them even when I’m not projecting.

Astral projection can be incredible, but it’s also fucking dangerous if you’re not careful. There are beings out there that want what you have—a physical body. And if you’re not grounded, if you’re not careful, you could end up like me, or worse, not come back at all.

Protecting Yourself

Here’s the thing, if you’re going to mess with astral projection, you’ve got to protect yourself. Energy cleanses are crucial. They help dissolve any lingering energies that aren’t yours, making sure your astral travels are as safe as possible.

I’m not saying don’t do it. Hell, I still do it. But I’ve fine-tuned my process since then. I’m more aware, more grounded, and I always cleanse my energy before and after. You don’t want to end up lost in the astral plane with no way back, trust me on that.

Stay safe, stay grounded, and keep those vibrations high. Because energy is real, spirits are real, and there are beings out there that would love to take over your body if you give them the chance.

Until next time, my friends. Keep exploring, but always be careful out there.

Peace,

Demetri

So scary! What happened in real life for you to end up in hospital, do you remember how you got to the hospital? Or was anyone with you who saw what was happening whilst you were meditating to get you to hospital? I read once someone did this in a meditative pose and they died but when his body was found his was still in the meditative state. By the way I'm really enjoying your more personalised posts, where you are talking about yourself instead of the posts where you don't have a personal touch to it. Please could you do a post on your daily diet and what exactly the spirt told you and what supplements you take? W…

Hey Yin, thanks for reaching out and for the kind words. I appreciate you digging the more personal posts—it's good to know they resonate with you.

About that hospital incident, it’s a bit of a blur, to be honest. I was deep in meditation, and things got intense. Next thing I know, I’m waking up in a hospital bed, totally disoriented. I was alone when it happened, so I’m not exactly sure how I got there. I’ve heard those stories too, about people passing away in a meditative state—it’s wild, right? Glad that wasn’t my fate!

As for the post about my daily diet, what the spirits tell me, and the supplements I take—I’m down for that. I’ll whip up…
